Responsibilities
- —Prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages to GSG standards
- —Provide genuine, warm hospitality to every guest
- —Maintain a clean, organized bar and workspace
- —Learn and execute our full menu including signature drinks
- —Support the team during rush periods

Café Manager

We're hiring a Café Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Georgia Street Grind. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be on the floor, coaching the team, owning the guest experience, and helping us grow.
Responsibilities
- —Oversee daily café operations including opening and closing
- —Lead, train, and develop the barista team
- —Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships
- —Maintain quality and consistency across all drinks and service
- —Drive a positive team culture aligned with GSG values
- —Report to ownership on sales, staffing, and operational needs
What We're Looking For
- —2+ years of café or food & beverage management experience
- —Strong leadership and communication skills
- —Experience with POS systems and basic inventory management
- —A genuine passion for hospitality and specialty coffee
- —Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
